Lecture Prof. Dr. med. Michael Forsting

What will AI change in Radiology and Medicine?

The lecture video is available to members of HHU via the media library.

Abstract

Radiology is digital since two decades ago and the rest of medicine is also becoming increasingly digitalized. This situation is the pre-requisite for the application of AI. The first results of AI application in radiology are very promising and even the first application in the traditional, in the so-called "talking medicine", are promising. A still unanswered and remaining question is: Who will be the driver bringing AI into medicine?
